ProTile™ Pre-Sloped Shower Trays are easy to install, dependable, and when used with ProTile™ Building Panels produce showers that are 100% waterproof, mold and mildew resistant and ready to tile. ProTile™ shower trays can be customized on site to create unique designs and sizes to fit any space. When used with ProTile™ Building Panels, our shower trays offer a superior alternative to traditional installation materials, and reduce the typical installation time from 2-3 days to about 30 minutes.
ProTile™ shower trays are constructed using a 1 1/2” thick XPS foam sheet that is 100% waterproof. Fabricated using the latest in computerized numerical control (CNC) technology, each shower tray is shaped and incorporates intersecting sloping angles that meet at the drain opening. Our shower trays are then coated with a polymer modified, wick-resistant, cementitious coating, imbedded with an alkali-resistant, heavy duty fiberglass mesh. ProTile™ Shower Trays then receive an exclusive honeycomb finish that delivers a superior mechanical bond while creating an ideal tileable substrate. ProTile™ products are compatible with all thinset mortars and tile. Every ProTile Shower Tray includes a brushed solid stainless steel drain cover and frame along with a no-caulk fitting to connect the tray to the waste pipe at no additional charge.
